I do think it is important for top executives to value shared leadership. I believe that when you allow your employee’s to assume leadership roles it makes a company more adaptable. Shared leadership helps organizations be more efficient and adapt more quickly to changes. It also benefits the teams because there is less conflict and creates an environment to bread trust between the team members.
