Use appropriate tools (brainstorming, fishbone diagrams, force-field analysis) to generate possible sources of problems or barriers currently preventing the class from accomplishing this. Use the nominal group technique or multivoting to reach consensus on the biggest problem or barrier among the ones identified. Graph the identified problems and rankings on a Pareto chart.
